2010 Census Work in Shaw and Mount Vernon

The 2010 Census is in critical need to hire several census takers, crew  leaders, and clerks in the Mount Vernon/Shaw area immediately. This work is a vital component of healthy communities for it ensures schools, community
centers, hospitals, etc have sufficient funding to serve our needs by making sure everyone is counted. Although paid positions, the work of Census workers provides a great service to our communities. To apply for  Census jobs, potential applicants must take a basic skills test. Call 202-507-4560 to sign up for one of our testing sessions. Please spread
the word. We also rely on community organizations and businesses to donate testing space for our applicants to apply if anyone has contacts with meeting spaces that can fit 25 people.
