4th Street Rubble

Does anyone happen to know the scoop on what happend to the historic row house on 4th St. (between M and N) that was being renovated, but is now a big pile of rubble?

It fell down over Christmas weekend. Firetrucks and other equipment on Ridge Street all day the day it fell.
