Darby & Joan Chardonnay:
Light straw in color. The aroma displays lifted melon characters with subtle hints of passion fruit and oak complexity. A rich wine on the palate, it balances textural mouth feel with clean acid finish.
Darby & Joan Cabernet:
Displays a deep red crimson colour and lovely lifted aromas of ripe plums and exotic juniper. A soft round palate has fresh boysenberry fruit, licorice and lingering sweet tannins.
Bon-Bon ShirazRose
Vibrant ruby pink. Strawberry, raspberry, cherry and rose petal nose with a hint of musk and spice. Juicy red berry and candy palate with a soft, off-dry finish.

Ron if you need mint again this year, I am growing a veritable forest of it and would be happy to donate :) I'm hoping for a repeat of last year's mojito event I was so sad to miss.
