Quick synopsis of the actions taken last night at the ANC 6C PZE meeting:
1) 1209 and 1211 Fourth Street (HPRB Concept #09-151) - concept plan supported, recommending Full ANC to support
2) 19 I Street N.W. – Gonzaga High School (BZA # 17913) - application supported, recommending Full ANC to support
3) 1179 Third Street N.E. – Oasis Liquors (BZA # 17992) - recommended that Full ANC determine extent of community support for this establishment and if support exists, then seek a voluntary agreement from the applicant
4) 728 F Street N.E. (BZA #17791) Application to continue operations of a day care center - application supported, recommending Full ANC to support
5) 515 D Street NW - Recorder of Deeds Building (HP #09-144) - Request for a 3 story addition - application not supported, recommending Full ANC to not to support the proposed addition
6) Downtown BID Streetscapes and Streetlights program - application supported, recommending Full ANC to support program and program shoudl include the area surrounding the Chinatown Park
