upon returning from an out of town event i stopped at cityvista to purchase a few items at the Safeway and used the parking garage on L St. nw. when i got out of the car i smelled raw sewage gas and said to myself WTF? when i surrendered the parking ticket at the booth i asked the man why he was wearing a mask. he said that the 4 septic tanks under the cityvista were backed up and spilled onto the concrete floor. will someone spalin to me why they have septic tanks at cityvista? correct me if i'm wrong. thanks.
number second. i decided to survey the street tranny hookers at 4th and L to see what the culture was up too. what i noticed at 4th and L had nothing to do with the girls. but i noticed a mini-waste transfer station had appeared behind the green fence. there's a trash compactr and two dumpsters. my question is: WHO AUTHORIZED THIS WASTE TRANSFER SITE ON PUBLIC LAND WITHOUT NOTICE TO THE RESIDENTS. if i lived at cityvista or INVESTED at cityvista or lived at Museum Square apartments i would wonder WTF is going on?
BUT the mini-trash transfer station is still there on 4th st NW betweem L and NY Ave behond the green fence.
