"HOLDING PATTERNS" by Susan Feller
"HOLDING PATTERNS" shows multimedia artwork by Susan Feller that is focused on life's transitional moments: on the waiting, regrouping, pausing to reflect, changing focus, and adjusting to change that people do: it depicts life's transitions between activity and movement that are worth capturing, remembering, and celebrating.

Does anyone happen to know whether the new Dunbar High School, currently under construction at N St./New Jersey Ave., will include a new "Dunbar Aquatic Center" (DAC)? The DC Department of Parks and Recreation website states that the DAC "will be closed until further notice." I certainly hope that the new "state-of-the-art" high school will incorporate a new "state-of-the-art" DAC, but I haven't been able to find anything about the subject on the Internet. If a new DAC is part of the plan, and the new DAC is even half as nice as the new Wilson Aquatic Center, we will all be very fortunate indeed.
