About an hour ago police, fire & ambulance responded to a drunk guy splayed across the sidewalk on the 1100 block of 5th. The man was so intoxicated he couldn't get up but in a burst of energy he managed to take a couple of swings at the cops. They had to drag his semi-consious self over to a gurney & that's when his pants came completely down. Sorry y'all no pics;)
