Curious what people's thoughts are on this condo complex. See that it has been on the market for a little while, and that there were some issues with zoning/etc. when it was being built. Any perspectives/news?

As far as I know, the DCRA & neighbor issues were worked out after much fuss. the owner reportedly didn't want to do a thing more than he had to. The units were priced pretty high, i think 1 or 2 sold? there were 4 total. at one point they were trying to rent them. There are residents living there. The neighbors at 1225 moved (& we miss them) but we have a very nice new neighbor there now. I haven't heard about any problems with 1225 since the former owners moved, i think the issues all got fixed. I hope.
