And I wasn't even looking to buy house at the time! He contacted me cold and persuaded me that it was deal of the century - and I'm very happy with my new house. Fred impressed me with his persistence (without being annoying or overly aggressive).

I sold my house at 448 N St about a year ago and I used Boris Miric. He was very helpful, especially since I was out of the country at the time the house was on the market. He took care of everything for me and I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a hard working, dependable Realtor.

Boris is excellent. He helped us find a house on 1st Street last year. He is reliable, honest, and professional. He still keeps in touch with newsletters and such on home remodeling, safety, environment stuff. He's more than just the average Realtor. No doubt we will use him again.
