Dunbar Track
okay so I finally saw neighborhood folk walking on this thing the other day. Where the heck do I get in and does anyone know the hours it is open to the public?

Along N Street there are two posted signs about community use hours.
I believe they are M-F, 6.30ish-8.30ish AM and 4.30ish - Dusk. No weekend hours.

However, it's usually locked up in the evenings and weekends .... so the folks you see on the track have scaled the walls/fences to use the track.
That is unless you are friends of the basketball coach ... he opens up the field for his friends to play football on weekends
