I've been trying for weeks to find out. They added them to 1/2 of N Street NW and missed/didn't do the others. Now the blocks look strange since part of the street has treeboxes and part doesn't.

I would love to find out, too. I would like for us all to have tree boxes filled with beautiful flowers. And, for us to have hanging baskets filled with flowers. We must demand this from our city officials. Our city should be as beautiful as any other city in America. In fact, it should be more beautiful because we are the Capital afterall.

we know who it wasn't. our ANC 2C would NEVER do anything for this area and only delivers when they came add their names to the creepy plaques.

since all of this has happened in wards 5 and 6...let's just say it was a well intended angel.
