Actually, if you look at the other side, it says "fringe." I think AV is the new temporary headquarters of the DC Fringe Festival.

The Capital Fringe Festival will run July 10-27 in various locations.
They are calling it The Baldacchino - Located @ Fort Fringe...nice to see AVs not vacant for a while & being used for the arts.
