ron brown's kid and Fox news talking head, michael brown was endorsed by adam clampitt today. clampitt, an independent was running for one of the two at-large council seats set aside for non democrats. the republican carol schwartz currently serves in one of those positions. the other is held currently by kwame brown.
in the past, michael brown ran for mayor as a democrat and at the last minute switched to back linda cropp for mayor in the democrat primary. i understand mr brown works for the same law firm that jack evans works for full time, patton boggs. correct me if i'm wrong in any of this and thanks in advance for correcting me. :-)

I was surprised by this as I really liked Adam Clampitt. Hes been running for a year then all of the sudden steps aside for Michael Brown? I think there is more to this than the One strong candidate to defeat Carol Schwartz argument..but who knows. I just wish it would have been Adam, I have reservations regarding Michael Brown from the last mayoral race. And if i dont like him, is it possible for me to vote for a republican? I dont think i can do it on principal. definitely not. Oh right, Dee Hunter is running too, time to see what hes all about. more controversy...

carol is a really nice person but is against gay marriage and i dont hate myself enough to vote for her
