Settlement at Cityvista?

Has anyone received settlement notices from the K Building at Cityvista? I bought a unit on one of the upper floors but have not been given a lot of straight answers by the sales team. Would be interested in hearing if people are moving in anytime soon on the lower floors.

Get ready to wait-The L building as we were told back in May/June was ready, then it was July, August, September and finally October--All I can say is keep calling-it doesn't look like the units are ready and the L Did not settle by floors as we were told

But I received a letter, which included walk-through and settlement dates. Actually, the walk-through is scheduled for Monday. Paul, did you have to wait after you received a letter and a settlement date?

Congrats-Maybe they have better organized-All I remember was the L was due in the spring-then it was pushed back with no date and then in June the building was ready, but the permits were not, and we finally mobed in starting in Oct, My wlk-throughs went quick but it was the intitial waiting and not knowing- I hope and wish the K much success and a speady move in rate Welcome to the neighborhood and City Vista--Safeway and Results are due to deliver September 1st--Keep us all posted

I'll be on the 11th floor at the K and have been informed by the sales office that settlement for my floor could be closer to oct/nov timeframe.

Did you all check out the model unit at the K? It is very nice and I look forward to moving in on time! :)

It's official: I've settled! I think there is another settlement scheduled for this Friday.

Congrats SLG. I purchased a unit on 10th Floor of K and am wondering if anyone, besides me, was told back in late '06 by the CityVista sales staff that one of the perks of buying a unit early at the K or L was that you would receive a complimentary 2-yr membership at Results Gym?

NewNeighbor - I bought on the 11th floor K at pre-construction summer 2006 and was not informed of a complimentary 2-yr membership at Results Gym. That would have been nice! So I signed up for a membership a few wks ago to lock in a good rate of $65/mo + no enrollment.

I bought in the L ( Winter/Spring 2006) when they were fisr offered-and the first one to Settle in Oct07 after months of waiting,I'm sure some folks remember that they said settlements/move in were to start in the spring of 07 well no one ever said anything about a 2 years gym membership-or anything else. With all the issues I have had they never have offered anything to compensate or a good will gesture--

Hi NewNeighbor: I also purchased a unit at 10th fl of K. I will move in around Jan./Feb. 09. Lookforward to being your neighbor. I wasn't told about two years membership perk.......
