Does anyone know of permits, etc. for the large apartment building next to the Hoagie House on NJ & N? Last I knew, there was only interior demolition going on, so there was no HPRB involvement & no permits stating the intended use of the long-vacant building. It appears now that there has been repointing going on outside & a fence is in the process of being erected. I haven't seen anything on the HPRB notices regarding this, but was wondering if I missed something as I believe that this type of work requires HPRB approval. Has anyone heard about what is going on with this property?
