As a matter of fact, MOCRS, DCRA, DPW, and DOH went by this property (and Ridge St) today for our fix-it! We planned this last week, by the way. :)

Our (my, actually) bad, Si- I didn't send advance notice to you. The idea for this fix-it came from speaking with the (truly) lovely owner of the (truly) lovely house opposite M from this one. Thanks for the clean up work two weekends back, by the way. That (and the coffee Lydia served) got the ball rolling.
