hehe thats hilarious. I think they had that place listed for 100k less like a year or 2 ago. It grew a bedroom since then too.

I don't see any mention of the previous wear/tear that the units went through - or any comments that it is not new but used only for weekend parties and hourly sleepovers.

Do we all remember just how long those units were on the market in the first place?!
Both of these properties were shoddily constructed & are still unfinished. From my vantage I can see exposed yellow foam insulation panels on the 420 carriage house.
A blight on our beautiful, historic street.
