Transgender Prostitution Discussion

There is an interesting topic on Commissioner Richardson's ANC6C05 blog that discusses on how the Attorney's Offices and Court systems plan to deal with transgender prostitutes. Being that we in MVSNA are faced with some of the same issues as Commissioner Richardson's ANC, I wanted to bring it to your attention.

He does announce that there will be a public meeting with Councilman Mendelson on the topic on November 7, 2008.  Those that have [strong] feelings on the issue should plan to attend or at least submit testimony on how the issue impacts you and your neighborhood.

Commissioner Richardson's blog can be found here: anc6c05.blogspot.com/

Why can't the simply put up a low level fence at the sidewalk's edge instead of leaving the grassy area on 4th St available as a public lounge area?
