I found the listing, get this:

Someone should clue them in that you can't tear down buildings in an historic district and that the current use as a parking lot is probably illegal.

can't they atleast landscape the parking lot yard if they're gonna charge an arm and a leg? where are they gonna to park when their illegal parking lot is sold? if i ever get a day off it would entertaining to get the sales pitch.

They did resurface the lot without a permit & damaged the sidewalk in the process. its still not fixed and there is a drainage problem. sunrise paid 735k in feb 2005 for the house & lot. we had them to a meeting and they talked about several different plans for the property, none ever came to fruition. its good they are selling but the misrepresentation on the listing is odd. we told them about the historic distric restrictions at the meeting, guess they werent listening.
